Machine Description

Empty nail polish bottles entering the turntable from the bottle feeding tray of the automatic nail polish filling machine via a conveyor first come under the automatic nail polish bottle filling nozzle and complete the filling process. Then, after seeing the brushing, cap closing and capping processes, respectively, it leaves the turntable and proceeds to the labeling machine to perform the labeling process on the same conveyor. This cycle is constantly repeated in this way in automatic nail polish machines.

1. FILLING UNIT

Empty bottles come under the filling nozzle via the automatic nail polish filling conveyor. The filling nozzle is our own design. The nozzle fills with the vacuum pump. (We fill the welded bottles volumetrically because the inside of the bottles are not equal.) Thanks to this system, the filling is always equal. The nozzle enters the nail polish bottle fixed with the holder in the filling unit and takes the air inside. The nozzle with hose connection starts to fill. The other end of the hose must be in the chamber to draw the nail polish. This cycle continues in this way and the filling unit works in this way.

2. BRUSH UNIT

The filled bottles come to the brushing unit. Brushes are poured into the bowl vibrator. Vibrator brushes find their way with vibration. The brushes it finds its direction carry to the linear vibrator. The brushes from the linear vibrator come to the brush unit. The brush unit with the bottle at the bottom puts the brush inside the bottle. This cycle continues in this way in automatic nail polish filling machines and the brush unit works in this way.

3. BRUSH CONTROL UNIT

The brush control unit is assigned to control the brushes. If there is no brush in the nail polish bottle, it notifies the closing unit with the signal it sends. If there is no brush in the nail polish bottle, the cap does not close. It bypasses the nail polish bottle. This cycle continues in this way in the automatic nail polish filling machine and the brush control unit works in this way.

4. DOOR CLOSING UNIT

The nail polish bottles with the brush driven come under the capping unit. Nail polish covers are corrected with cover feeding and closing with the help of cover closing motor. This cycle continues in this way in the automatic nail polish filling machine and the capping unit works in this way.
