Machine Description

In the automatic perfume filling machine, perfume bottles enter the turntable from the bottle feeding tray via a conveyor, and the perfume bottles that enter come under the filling nozzles of the perfume filling machine and complete the filling process. Then, after seeing the pvalve installation, valve control sensor, valve driving, valve clamping, ring insertion, ring nailing, respectively, it leaves the rotary table of the perfume filling machine and proceeds to the labeling machine for labeling on the same conveyor. 1. FILLING UNITE

Empty bottles left in the bottle feeding section of the automatic perfume filling machine come under the filling nozzles. There are 3 filling nozzles in total on the machine. The filling nozzle is our own design. The nozzle fills with the vacuum pump. (We fill the welded bottles volumetrically because the inside of the bottles are not equal.) Thanks to this system, the filling is always equal. The nozzle enters the perfume bottle fixed with the holder in the filling unit and takes the air inside. The nozzle with hose connection starts to fill. The other end of the hose must be in the chamber to absorb the perfume. 2. VALVE ASSEMBLY

The filled bottles come to the valve mounting unit. The valves are poured into the bowl vibrator. Vibrator brushes find their way with vibration. The valves it finds its direction carry to the linear vibrator. The valves from the linear vibrator come to the valve insertion unit. The valve attaching unit with the bottle underneath puts the valve inside the bottle. This cycle continues in this way.

3. VALVE CONTROL UNIT

The valve control unit is tasked with controlling the valves. If there is no valve in the perfume bottle, the valve informs the driving unit with the signal it sends. 6. RING FITTING UNIT
